Your Culinary Guide to Empowering Kids in the Kitchen!
Kala Stuckless is the founder of Empowering Kitchen and Stuckless Healing Co., where she helps people build confidence in the kitchen and nourish their bodies with simple, whole foods. Through cooking classes, workshops, and wellness education, Kala empowers individuals and families to make healthy eating approachable, practical, and enjoyable using everyday ingredients.
"Kala let me have my lifelong wish of doing a kitchen segment! Her message is always: nourishing yourself doesn't have to be complicated. The holidays aren't about restriction, they're about rhythm. People said, 'This makes me want to cook again!' Kala helped our community remember that food is medicine and the kitchen can be a place of joy, not obligation."
— Julie, Creating Space with Julie
Did you know that we also offer adult online classes and one-on-one consultations for meal planning and prep? Reach out to Kala today for a free 15-minute consultation.

Kala has been absolutely AMAZING with our kids in teaching them kitchen safety and the basic tools etc., so informative. The kids have been excited to show off their newfound knowledge of tools and recipes, which has been a great help at home. She is super kind and patient with the little ones.
My girls came home with pizza today, one in a teddy bear shape and the other in a heart. They were so proud. They are learning so many new things. Thank you and can’t wait to join you for Level 2!
My 9-year-old daughter has taken classes with Kala and absolutely loves them! The smile on her face when I pick her up from class speaks volumes. Her confidence in the kitchen is increasing and she’s even open to trying new foods! Highly recommend signing your child up for a class or two.
My son loved the cooking classes. He loved being able to try out new techniques and also make yummy food. Thanks Kala for all your hard work!
